Here’s How It Works

1. Book your install and pay your deposit.
2. Receive a confirmation email with drop-off instructions and final appointment details.
3. Drop off your vehicle at the scheduled time — installs are drop-off only, and we do not have a waiting room.
4. We complete the install and notify you when it’s ready for pickup.

FAQ

Do I need to bring my own coilovers?

Yes — you must supply the parts. We only install new, unused suspension components. We do not install used products under any circumstances.

How long does the install take?

Most coilover installs take 4+ hours. Ride height adjustments or inspections usually take 1–2 hours. You’ll receive a call or text once the job is complete.

Do I need an alignment after the install?

Yes. We do not offer alignment services, so we recommend visiting an alignment shop after your install is completed.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, but we require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Your deposit is non-refundable.
