Damping adjustment knob for TYPE 2 coilovers. Customize your ride by manually adjusting the shock absorbers’ damping characteristics to suit different driving conditions and preferences. Use this knob to stiffen or soften ride. Located at the top of the coilover assembly, this knob adjusts internal valving to control the flow of hydraulic fluid, effectively changing the damping force.
Turn the damping knob clockwise to stiffen the damping, reducing body roll and providing a firmer, more planted feel for spirited driving or track use. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to softens the damping, leading to a more comfortable and compliant ride for daily driving or rough roads.
